(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenu Vimal, S/o.Paramanandham, aged about 22 years, to cause production of her son, before this Court and to set him at liberty. 2.The alleged detenu is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police. The petitioner/mother of the detenu is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenu told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and he expressed his willingness to go along with his mother, who is the petitioner herein. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.If there is any grievance, it is open to the parties to work out their remedy, according to law.
