This petition is filed to condone the delay of 172 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.S.Santhosakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3. Despite having been served, there is no representation on behalf of respondent 4.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 172 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.

Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal immediately , if it is otherwise in order, and post for admission on 04.03.2025.
