This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25897 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act at Chennai on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed, final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.282 of 2024 before the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act at Chennai and the case is posted for hearing on 12.02.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25897 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act at Chennai on 13.02.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
