Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in respect of the condition that in Para No.5(c) the petitioners shall report before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengam everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in the order dated 17.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.17883 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1.Chengam daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17883 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17883 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1.Chengam once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
