2. The 1st defendant is carry on business within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Substantial cause of action namely infringement of copy right of the applicant arose at Chennai. The other defendants are carry on business outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Since a prima facie case is being made out by the plaintiff to grant leave to sue, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
