: Mr.C.Mohan For M/s. King & Partridge COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to defreeze the petitioner's bank accounts in A/c.No. 910172599, A/c No.1174155000148483 & A/c.No.

50100370960976 with the 3rd respondent banks by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

On perusal of the records and on the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, it is revealed that the petitioner is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.143 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 351(3) of BNS on the file of the second respondent and huge amount has been transferred to the petitioner's account. Still the investigation is pending in Crime No.143 of 2025. During the investigation, on 11.06.2025, the co-accused confessed that the entire amount swindled by the accused 1 to 3 was routed and managed by the petitioner herein and the total amount involved in this crime exceeds Rs.2,00,00,000/-. Further the petitioner was arrested on 12.06.2025 and subsequently he released on bail. 4.

Therefore, while pending investigation, the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking de-freeze account cannot be considered and the Writ Petitions are devoid of merits and are liable to be dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.143 of 2025 and file final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
