O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the brother of the detenu for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's brother Chinna @ Ganansekaran has gone missing, in connection with which a case in Crime No.157 of 2015 has been registered on 25.06.2015 on the file of the second respondent under Section 366 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and the investigation is in progress. investigation and take steps to secure the detenu expeditiously and inform the same to the petitioner herein.

3. With the above observation, this Petition stands disposed of.
