(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking appropriate action on his representation dated 08.10.2019 which has been made to remove the unauthorized bunk shop put up.

2. It appears that both the request for the bunk shop owner and the petitioner are pending consideration with the Town Vending Committee. It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that notwithstanding the earlier order passed, the Town Vending Committee has not disposed of the said representation by taking note of appropriate orders.

3. In such view of the matter, we direct the Town Vending Committee, namely, the second respondent herein to take appropriate steps after due consideration of the petitioner's representation as well as the bunk shop owner, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.1296 of 2020 is closed.
