Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his client has sent a letter dated 25.06.2021 to the Registry to withdraw the case filed by him, accordingly seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner has sent a letter to the Registry to post the matter before the concerned Court for withdrawal, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition as withdrawn.

3.In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
