ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give a Government Job on compassionate ground to the petitioner.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of her representation dated 12.08.2013, the respondents have not considered her request, seeking for appointment under compassionate ground.
3. Mr.R. Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give one more representation to the respondent and in such an event, the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In these circumstances, I direct the petitioner to give one more representation to the respondents in line with the representation dated 12.08.2013 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
