Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2.The petitioners, who are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.1508 of 2013, seek a direction for early disposal of the said suit. From the records, it is seen that the suit is nearly 8 years old and PW1 was examined some time in 2015. Thereafter, the suit is being adjourned on one or other ground including the ground that the second plaintiff who was a minor attained majority and he got himself transposed as a defendant. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is almost 8 years old now, there will be a direction to the learned Principal Sub Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
