ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition in para no.7(b) imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.28687 of 2024 by its order dated 18.11.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in Abroad and he would submit that the petitioner is ready to handover the details of the employer and his e-mail address so as to enable the respondent to indicate about the summons from Court.

3. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28687 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
