The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, after some arguments, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and however, would plead that in paragraph no.7 of the impugned order, the Tribunal was pleased to observe as to taking into consideration the service record of the petitioners for grant of exemption by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. passed as early as on 07.06.2019, the official respondents did not comply with the said directions and prays for appropriate orders.

2. This Court heard the submission made by Mr.Syed Mustafa, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. In the light of the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. The respondents 1 and 2 are granted four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with paragraph no.7 of the impugned order.
