ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court dated 09.10.2015 passed in WP.No.32101 of 2015,

whereby, the respondents herein were directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after due notice to the respondents 4 and 5 therein, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. They have produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Villupuram in Na.Ka.No.A4/7212/2017 dated 29.08.2017 to that effect. 3.Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
