2. Heard the submission of Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.V.Ajayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Muralidhar, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2, who on instructions would submit that in the latest auction sale, there were no bidders.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
