This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 159 days delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Mr.T.Sankar, fourth respondent in CMA.No.2946 of 2019.

2. Heard Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Ramya V. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition having been perused is accepted. Hence, this petition is ordered.
