2. A Joint Compromise Memo dated 10.02.2021, signed by both the appellant and the respondent has been filed before this Court . Both parties are also present in person before this Court. In order to identify the respective parties, they have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also produced the copies of their Aadhaar Cards and the same are made part of the record.

3. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves and already living together from the year 2014 onwards. They are also agreed to withdraw the case, pending before this Court and they also prayed to set aside the divorce decree passed in M.O.P.No.33 of 2010.

4. Recording the Compromise Memo dated 10.02.2021, the divorce decree passed in M.O.P.No.33 of 2010 by the learned District Judge, Karaikal, is set aside. It is needless to mention that the compromise memo shall form part of the record.

5. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
