Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in chapter 6 of AICTE Approval Process Handbook (2011-2012) issued by respondent no.1 and quashing paragraph 1.3 of Appendix 1 and paragraphs 4.2.1., 4.2.2. and 4.2.3 of Appendix 4 of Chapter 6 in respect of the Samuel Polytechnic College, Mudivaithanendal, Tuticorin District run by the petitioner and quash the same.
