The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the second respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No.2913/2009/A6 dated 21.01.2012 quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner and issue consequential directions to the respondents to continue to disburse salary to the petitioner regularly every month for the services rendered by her to regularize her services.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition is related to stoppage of salary, however, the writ petitioner died on 15.10.2021. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further Page No.2 of 5

adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
