O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, Jagadeeswari, aged about 16 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the alleged detenue Jagadeeswari was produced before the Court below and she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents and that she was permitted to send along with her parents before the Court below and that was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the said factum, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
