This Application has been presented to the Registry on 18.01.2021 (Yesterday) and had been preferred by the Plaintiff in the suit, seeking to advance the hearing of A.No.74 of 2021 in O.A.No.654 of 2020 and also naturally, O.A.No.654 of 2020 to an earlier date. 2.It is to be mentioned that O.A.No.654 of 2020 was posted to 27.01.2021. Thereafter, the Defendants had filed A.No.74 of 2021 seeking interference of the interim order granted in O.A.No.654 of 2020. That application came up for consideration on 11.01.2021. On that date, this Court had stated that both the parties may maintain status quo as on 11.01.2021 and O.A.No.654 of 2020 shall be heard on 27.01.2021 along with A.No.74 of 2021. 3.A mention was made later in the day on 11.01.2021 by Mr.AR.L. Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel, stating that the Plaintiff would be put to much loss and hardship, if status quo is maintained and the learned Senior Counsel also stated that the Applications though listed on 27.01.2021, could be https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

smv heard on earlier date. It is under these circumstances that this Application came to be filed. A preliminary hearing of the Application was heard on 19.01.2021 in the presence of Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr.Vijay Narayan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 2nd Respondent and both the learned Senior Counsels, to their credit, had agreed that arguments could be advanced in O.A.No.654 of 2020 and in A.No.74 of 2021 today i.e., 20.01.2021 and the date was fixed after taking into consideration their mutual convenience.

4.In view of the above facts, this Application is allowed and hearing which was actually scheduled for 27.01.2021 in both O.A.No.654 of 2020 and in A.No.74 of 2021 is advanced to be heard today. 20.01.2021 smv A.No100 of 2021 in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.348 of 2020 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
