O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 26.09.2022.

2. The petitioner states that he has submitted an application to secure certified copy of the Sale Deed relating to his property. The Sub Registrar, Andimadam returned the application on the ground that the document sought for by the petitioner has already been filed before the Munsif Court at Jayamkondam and subsequently the same document was filed before the Sub Court, Ariyalur in the appeal proceedings.

3. When the original document sought for by the petitioner has already been filed before the Sub Court, Ariyalur, the Sub Registrar, Andimadam may not be in a position to issue the certified copy of the said

original document filed. Thus the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court concerned, where the original document has been filed by the Sub Registrar, Andimadam.
