ORDER

This Writ Petition has been for a direction to the second respondent Police to provide Police protection to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to conduct the cultural program.

2. Considering the pandemic situation where congregation of persons has to be avoided, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
