Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give electricity service connection for 5H Motor pump to the petitioner's property as per the letter dated 07.06.2013 of the third respondent and direct them to pay compensation for the loss suffered by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also filed a memo dated 28.04.2021 before this Court to that effect.
