This petition has been filed to relax the condition "4(b)" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24030 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as against the first and second petitioners as he has inadvertently filed this petition against them and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as against the first and second petitioners. 4.However, considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the third and fourth petitioners is modified to the effect that the third and fourth petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Monday until further orders.
