This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.OP.No.26308 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024. 1/3

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and further, the investigation was also completed and the trial was also commenced.

3. Considering the nature of offence, and the petitioner was also complied with the conditions without fail, investigation was also completed and the trial also commenced, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
