Respondents Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent filed against the order dated 11.12.2014 made in W.P.No.8304 of 2008. Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in the impugned final order No. 17/2008-CEX dated 28.2.2008 on the file of the first respondent quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to settle the issue in terms of duty liability accepted which stands paid by the petitioner.
