While disposing of the present Writ Petition on 18.02.2020, this Court directed the Labour Court to dispose of I.D.No.67 of 2006 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This Court has received a letter dated 18.02.2020 from the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 18.02.2020 passed in the above Writ Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.
