The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 22.02.2018 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.5361 of 2018.

2. Pursuant to the statutory notice dated 03.07.2018, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent herein viz., S.Viswanathan, Inspector of

Police, Palacode Police Station, Palacode,Dharmapuri District is personally present before this Court today.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 22.02.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.179 of 2018.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
