R.Suriaprakash .. Respondent / Petitioner PRAYER : Appeal against the order and decreetal order dated 16.02.2011, and made in M.O.P.Nos.39 of 2008 on the file of the District Court, Karaikal.

DECREE: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of appeal the order of the Lower Court and the material papers in this case, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.J.

Venkatesan, Advocate for the Appellant and none appeared in person or by an Advocate for the Respondent and the parties herein having entered into a compromise between themselves and having filed, into court to pass a decree in the appeal interms thereof and the Joint Memo of Compromise duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel upon perusing the grounds of appeal the decree of the court below and the records in the case and Joint Memo of Compromise filed herein and this court while closing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals interms of the above said Joint Memo of Compromise the copy of which is annexed herewith, doth order and decree as follows: (i) That as per the compromize memo dated 10.02.2021, the marriage solemnized between the appellant and respondent on 05.07.2004 and a divorce decree passed in MOP.No.

39 of 2008 passed by the learned District Judge, Karaikal be and hereby is setaside.

(ii) That the appellant and Respondent have settled their dispute and are living together along with their children happily as husband and wife.
