PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Hon'ble District Sessions Judge, Arani to receive and take on the file the petition filed under Section 320(8) of Cr.P.C for compounding offences under Section 498(A) 294(b), 494, 506 (ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in the matter of Crl.A.No.21 of 2015 (renumbered as Crl.A.7 of 2017 pending trial on the file of the Session Judge, Arani and consequently discharge/acquit the petitioner.
