ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to ensure the safety of the petitioner and her property and to take appropriate penal action in accordance with law against the 5th respondent on the complaint dated 26.03.2015. 2.
Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 3.
With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
