This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.08.2019, pursuant to the order dated 04.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.77 of 2020 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.73 of 2021 for offence under Section 420 IPC. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
