ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.08.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 10.08.2021, thereafter no proper action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner and the counter complainant called for enquiry, enquiry was conducted and closed on 19.12.2021. He also produced the statement given by the petitioner as well as the counter complainant and the report of the Assistant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not informed about the progress of the enquiry.

5. In view of the same, the respondent police to serve a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
