ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection to restrain Kandavatti money lenders from interfering with the peaceful possession of the dwelling house property of the petitioner.
2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 26.06.2014 to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Panruti and made allegations against nine persons, who were interfering with the peaceful possession of his dwelling house property.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that from the typed set of papers, it is seen that the complaint of the petitioner is dated 26.06.2014 and apart from that, photostat copy of payment particulars for loan of Rs.2,00,000/- obtained by the petitioner on 24.03.2013 is available. Other than this, there is no other materials. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have not received any complaint from the petitioner and no CSR has been issued. If the petitioner is facing life threat and disturbance to the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property, he may lodge a complaint to the concerned Police and thereafter, it would take into consideration in accordance with law.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
