A.No.156 of 2021 in O.P.No.666 of 2019 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., This application has been filed seeking permission to permit the applicant/petitioner to amend/correct the total value of the assets mentioned in the schedule to the Original Petition as Rs.43,57,637/- instead of Rs.43,45,637/- and permit to deposit the additional stamp duty of Rs.360/- into the credit of the above Original Petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the said amendment after the receipt of the additional stamp duty.
