O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2022 for survey of the land in Survey No.403, Mangalam Village, Tiruppur District.

2. In respect of landed property at Survey No.403 situated at Mangalam Village, Tiruppur District, the petitioner had given application cum representation dated 17.10.2022 to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries to the 3rd respondent Tahsildar, necessary fee also has been paid by the petitioner to that effect. Therefore, in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforestated prayer.

3. Heard Mr.M.G.Ramachandiran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that, the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 17.10.2022 would be 2/4

considered and needful would be undertaken by the 3rd respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.10.2022 and to do the needful to conduct the survey of the land in question within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
