kj 2.Learned counsel for the receiver of the Nidhi submits that two connected suits are pending before this Court, namely, C.S.No.721 of 1998 & C.S.No.199 of 2024. It is further submitted that the mortgaged assets were permitted to be sold pursuant to orders passed in C.S.No.721 of 1998.

3.Learned counsel for the receiver and learned counsel appearing for an association of the depositors of the Nidhi submits that thousands of depositors are awaiting payment.
