Syed Thamsudeen .. Respondent/Claimant This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.S.Muthaiah, counsel for the respondent is present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Mr.M.Saravanan, Assistant - A3 of Sub Collector Office, Tindivanam for the appellant is present and he has produced an order issued by Sub Collector, Tindivanam and the same is filed.

2. Both parties and counsel for the respondent have filed a Joint Memo of Compromise, which reads as follows:- " It is respectfully submitted that in the above Lok Adalat proceeding, the Appellant / Sub Collector, Mr.P.N.Sridhar, I.A.S., proposed a settlement for the amount of Rs.2,66,932/- vide Na.Ka.No.A3/1860/2000 dated 08.10.2015. The respondent also agreed for the same as one time settlement. The said amount will be paid within December-20-2015."

3. The Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo of Compromise. The aforesaid Joint Memo of Compromise and order issued by Sub Collector, Tindivanam shall form part of decree. Consequently connected the Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. The full Court fee shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
