ORDER
The petitioner challenges an order dated 17.02.2012 issued by the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Ltd (PIPDIC) cancelling the allotment made for a shed bearing CS-69 at Mettupalayam Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam, Puducherry.

The basis on which the original allotment was cancelled was that the same got damaged in a cyclone and hence could not be handed over since it was dilapidated.

The allotment was only for a period of three years as per the terms of allotment dated 25.08.2011 and thus nothing survives in this matter as on date.
