The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as he has filed the petition without stating the crime number and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file another petition with the crime number.
