ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner.

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing, this Court noticed that the only grievance of the petitioner was a huge pit that was dug right in front of this property and thereby https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preventing the petitioner from accessing his property. This Court directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to instruct the police to permit the petitioner to fill the pit so that access to his property is not prevented.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the pit has been covered and the petitioner has been provided access to his property. The petitioner has also given a letter to the respondent police accepting this fact. The said letter was also placed before this Court.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same is closed.
