ORDER

This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13/04/2015.

2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It appears that the petitioner lodged a complaint by post to the Superintendent of Police. The allegation of the petitioner is that one of her sons has obtained a legal heir https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate by playing fraud stating that he is the only legal heir of his father who died earlier.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a complaint before the 2nd respondent police and on such complaint being lodged, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with the law as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] . 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
