Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation submitted on 14.4.2015 to the first respondent and other respondents on 14.4.2015 for early consideration of the petitioner.

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner claims to be a leading entrepreneur and entertainment businessman and successfully conducted Tourism and Industrial Exhibition in Island Ground sponsored by Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., for the years 2012 -2013 and 2013-2014. The petitioner would further state that he has proposed to conduct a Summer Special called "Niagara", an artificial water falls, to satisfy the summer heat for the Chennai city and though he has got expertise, the sixth respondent awarded the contract in favour of one A.Mani, S/o. Arunachalam, Proprietor of Om Sakthi Entertainment, No.15, Lala Kutty Street, Periamet, Chennai-3 and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 14.4.2015 to the Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu, the first respondent herein, with copies marked to
other respondents and since has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submission of Prof.M.Udaya Bhanu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.RM.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5, Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, who accepts notice for the respondents 3 and 6.
4. This Court, without going to into the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2015, directs the fifth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the petitioner and Mr.A.Mani, S/o. Arunachalam, Proprietor of Om Sakthi Entertainment, No.15, Lala Kutty Street, Periamet, Chennai-3, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner as well as the above said Mr.A.Mani.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
