ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to proceed further and pass final award.

2. The first applicant appeared in person and submitted that arbitration proceedings is now at the stage of examination of witness on the side of respondent. The first applicant also pointed out to the Joint Memo dated 09.08.2025 wherein the respondent has also given no objection for extension of mandate.

3. In view of the above, time is extended for completion of arbitration proceedings by six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
