Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 20.03.2013, followed by another representation on 25.07.2016, wherein and whereby, she sought for issuance of Patta in her favour in respect of the house property, bearing Door No.6/67, Chinnappa https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nagar, Vanniyar Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai-600 094, comprised in Survey No.115/5, to an extent of 340 sq.ft.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representations have not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 20.03.2013 and 25.07.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
