The prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner had sought for deferment of the enquiry proceedings pending S.L.P.No.8630 of 2012.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the SLP was disposed of by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the year 2015 itself, which is not disputed. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition.
