ORDER
This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 29.10.2014 pending in CSR NO.763/INS/M4/14 and investigate into the same and take action in accordance with law.
2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.
3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.NO.763/INS/M4/14 on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.10.2014.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR NoNO.763/INS/M4/14 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)], as expeditiously as possible. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
