ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed on the ground that subsequent to the decree, dated 28.01.2020, the defendant had settled the property in favour of the proposed respondents.
2. Notice had been earlier served on the respondents and counsel entered appearance.
3. We make it clear that the proposed respondents cannot take any further stand or additional evidence than what was taken by the first respondent in the suit and would be bound by the written statement already filed by the first respondent in the suit and also the evidence adduced.
4. Stating as above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment, impleading second and third respondents as further respondents in the appeal.
