ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has been filed only challenging the impugned notice constituting a committee for enquiry against the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner had died on 20.06.2014 and a copy of the death certificate has been produced before this Court.

2. In light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
